Squidragon Quest part 7

My wife is a foody. She’s got me appreciating fine cuisine more than I did before I met her. Now I enjoy cooking and experimenting with different ingredients semi-regularly. Still, one day a couple of months ago I realized “Wow, you don’t need to do anything to prepare it and an apple tastes so amazing! I love these things!” More than apple crisp and vanilla ice cream, a plain old apple is plain old delicious. They also travel and keep really well in chilly autumn so that explains why Christi would have one on her. Plus she might be afraid of lurking doctors.

Apples are part of my signature dish that I made up. Its pan fried ground duck with layers of mashed potato, sweet potato and apple on top, all spiced with cinnamon and baked like a sheppard’s pie. Mmmmmmm. Savoury goodness!

I wonder if Christi’s apple is specially non-rotten, to somehow spoil the entire device storage tank.

Only on Princess Planet would the doomsday device be powered by half-eaten apples. Squid-Dragon, claws, tentacles and with that combination, does he jet fire ink when he wants to move fast and cover his tracks?

Ribuprissin-Hmmmmm. One good apple saves the bunch?

    Golux-Stay tuned to find out!

Kidnap someone and get paid! Whatta deal!

Brian, this is quite possibly the coolest beast you have drawn yet. Kudos.

KNO3-yeah the girls must just feel happy getting away with their lives and the unicorn queen. I believe outside of the Western World kidnappings are more routine, successful and less violent. At least I have this impression from news articles I’ve read and then mostly forgotten.

    Jonah-Thanks, man!

Squidragon needs a regularly paying job as well. Kidnapping! The next growth industry…

Is he going to actually be smart about using the device and rent it out to drought-stricken countries, or is he just planning to become an iron-fisted tyrant who will rain over most of the world.
