Finally, the story is revealed/made up! Yes the hundred headed giant is a thin methaphor for corporate clients. My favourite fun poking along these lines is this video which wonders: what if Stop signs were designed today.

The super animal artist is supposed to have the likness of pal Karl Kerschl who does the awesome Tx strip, The Abominable Charles Christopher which if you haven’t tried reading, you really should!

    Oh, gawd! Only too true.

    Such a perfect metaphore for design by committee or approval by committee.

    And they always wonder why their company is slowly tanking, and expect the logo redesign to make up for the systemic deficiency.

    I remember one of those “mission statement” quests. They didn’t like my “Make good product, Keep the customer happy” recommendation.
