Actually, computer voices are based on the computer’s voice in Star Trek, who originally was Majel Roddenberry, wife of Star Trek’s creator Gene Roddenberry. She’s American.
No, not a Trekker (not Trekkie, ask Nichelle Nichols) but I used to like to read about the actors who played in the original series.
I think she kept her maiden name, though. I don’t think I ever heard her introduced as Majel Roddenberry. I’ve been wondering if they’ve had her say every word in the dictionary recorded for future movies and shows. Just a thought.

actually its Trekkie, my dad asked Gene Roddenberry in the 70’s
