Shadows of Dooooom! – part 23
I had no idea where this strip was going when I started writing it. I even put Spelleton on the moon without thinking of why. Then I realized from the moon that the shadow of earth thing was perfect for an evil genuis’ plan. That’s the most fun part of writing, when the threads you’re weaving come together in a way that fits and surprises yourself.

Clearly, Spelleton is familiar with Ozymandias’s way of thinking. 😉

I love it!! He did a smart! He’s a smart fellow.. though you’d think with a name like Spelleton he’d know the difference between your and you’re XD

In the second last panel, it’s “your,” not “you’re.” Spelleton needs help with his spelling! 🙂

I fixed the “your” here and a the one from a few weeks ago. I am sorry I am so sloppy with my proofreading.
MDF – I had forgotten about that part of Watchmen. I made this comic many months ago but just reread Watchmen for a summer reading group. I think I enjoyed it more this time than the 15 years ago when I was in college. For me, it’s still a real slog to get through though. It’s so dense with material I feel dense reading it. 😛

I would comment on how genre savvy he is, if he wasn’t forgetting the step before profit. And TVTropes has ruined my vocabulary.
